Flexi, Divisi perusahan Telkom yang memberikan layanan fixed wireless phone dengan teknologi Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), meluncurkan layanan untuk smartphone bersistem operasi Android. Hal ini menjadikan Flexi operator berbasis teknologi CDMA pertama di Indonesia yang meluncurkan layanan Android.
Untuk mendukung layanan Android ini Flexi telah menjalin kerja sama dengan produsen Handphone Lokal IVIO dengan cara melakukan bunndling penjualan Handphone Android dengan no Flexi yang dijual dikisaran harga Rp. 1.5 Juta.
Belum diketahui type handphone IVIO yang akan di bundling dengan Flexi tersebut tetapi handphone tersebut mempunyai Spesifikasi sebagai berikut :
- Marvel 624 Mhz CPU
- CDMA 800Mhz (RUIM)
- High Resolution 3.2″ 480 X 320 TFT LCD
- Resistive Touch Screen,
- Support stylus writing
- Qualcomm 6085,

- Micro SD slot up to 16GB,
- Baterai berkapasitas 1300Mah
Peluncuran Flexi Android ini dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lifestyle pelanggan Flexi, karena Android memiliki kelebihan sebagai Realtime Operating System dengan support beragam aplikasi , lebih dari 100.000 aplikasi dapat diunduh gratis di Google Android Market.
Ke depan untuk menyediakan ponsel Android khusus CDMA, Telkom Flexi menjalin kerja sama dengan lima vendor. Setelah bundling dengan IVIO, operator fixed wireless access itu juga menggandeng Hisense, Haier Mobile, ZTE, dan TiPhone.

Looking at the specification it seems that this can compete with all latest smartphones available in the market. All latest feature with 16 GB expandable memory capacity will make it really capable to handle any tasks.
